Red Wing Chevrolet Buick Cadillac Hopes to Help Red Wing Hockey Association Score Big on the Ice

Red Wing Chevrolet Buick Cadillac teams up with Red Wing Hockey Association to support youth hockey program

In the spirit of teamwork taught by youth sports, Red Wing Chevrolet Buick Cadillac is joining Red Wing Hockey Association to provide players and coaches with hockey equipment kits that include hockey pucks, t-shirts, and knit caps, a sponsorship check and an opportunity for community members to enter the free Ultimate Pro Hockey Experience sweepstakes.

Red Wing Chevrolet Buick Cadillac and other Minneapolis-St Paul-area Chevrolet dealerships are donating these items to participating leagues in the area.

Each of the sponsored leagues across the region will receive 500 free sweepstakes entry forms to distribute within the community. At the end of the entry period, one winner from Minneapolis-St Paul will win the Ultimate Hockey Experience in addition to other prizes.

Red Wing Chevrolet Buick Cadillac will also present a check representing a one-time monetary contribution to Red Wing Hockey Association.

Some leagues plan to grant scholarships to families who cannot afford to enroll their children in the league, while others will use the funds to improve facilities and equipment.

“Red Wing Chevrolet Buick Cadillac supports these youth hockey players because Chevrolet believes play opens up all kinds of possibilities for these kids and the community,” said Brad Banitt, GM for Red Wing Chevrolet Buick Cadillac. “We hope that giving them the opportunity to raise much needed funds will make this a great season for Red Wing Hockey Association.”
